Payments are taken through Zettle, using a credit or debit card. You do not need a Zettle account to buy something through this website, and you can learn more about Zettle and their security HERE.
I also accept online bank transfers and payments via a Paypal account. Please contact me if you would like to pay via a different method.
I carry a very small amount of stock, most pieces are made to order. All items which are available for immediate dispatch will be listed as such on the shop. Depending on the piece, manufacturing your jewellery can take between 1 and 6 weeks. If ordering multiple items you order will be posted out according to the item with the longest dispatch time.
If you have a tight deadline, please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate you.
As the majority of my production pieces made to order, customising a piece can be simple in some cases. I am happy to change certain elements of pieces such as stones/pearls or length of chain/beads to meet your requirements. If you like a piece but would like to make it more personal with a birth or anniversary stone. Change the colour of the pearls on a piece to match an outfit for a special occasion, please feel free to contact me.
Please note: Adding more metal using different stones may mean some extra cost. We cannot accept any returns on bespoke items, so we ask for your particular care and attention when ordering these pieces. When ordering a bespoke item, you confirm that you are in agreement to this returns policy when you pay the invoice.
Delivery within the UK is FREE. Choose Free Delivery at the checkout.
All orders are sent by First Class Royal Mail, First Class ‘Signed For’ or next day ‘Special Delivery’. How it is sent depends on the item, it’s value and urgency.
International Orders are sent by Royal Mail ‘Tracked and Signed’ and costs £10 (plus £1 each for any additional items). You will be responsible for any potential import fees levied by your countries border control.
If your order is a gift and you would like it delivered straight to the recipient, please inform me in the ‘additional information’ at checkout and I will gift wrap it for you. You can also request a small card with a handwritten message.

If your item is faulty, please notify me asap and return the piece to me within 28 days of purchase. I will repair, replace or refund items which are found to be faulty.
Pieces bought from my website are covered by UK government distance selling regulations, see HERE for more details. You have the right to change your mind and return your piece but you must contact me within 14 days of delivery and return the item within 30 days. Original postage costs are not refundable and the buyer is responsible for all return postage costs.
Items which cannot be returned due to change of mind are:
Items bought in person at shows or from my studio are covered by The Consumer Rights Act 2015, see HERE for more details. To receive a full refund goods must be faulty and I must have been notified of the fault within 30 days.
If not faulty you can receive a credit note of equal value or alternative stock item in exchange but this will only be given if I am notified as soon as possible, the item is unworn and both the item & packaging are undamaged and intact. please notify me as soon as possible and return the piece to me within 30 days of purchase.
The amount eligible for exchange or refund will be the total value of returned stock.
Original postage costs are non-refundable. As the buyer you will be responsible for the safe return of the item, for pieces with a value of over £50 I would recommend that you use a Special Delivery service, and insure the shipment against loss or damage.
I try to design and make my work to a high standard which will provide years of wear. However occasionally defects in materials or the hand making process will lead to faults. Pieces which are faulty on delivery I will repair, replace or refund. Please notify me asap and return the items within a month.
Breakages within 6 months of purchase will be considered as faults in manufacture and will be repaired for no cost.
Items broken through customer wear & tear can be repaired even years after purchase, prices will be agreed before work commences.
All finishes (plating/polishing/oxidising etc) are temporary, and will dull through wearing. The rate at which finishes diminish is dependent upon wear.
Items where finishes dull over time fall under ‘customer wear & tear’ and are not available for return. Refinishing is available, prices vary depending on item.
RE-SIZING AND ALTERATIONS.
When ordering it is best to get the lengths and sizes of items correct first time but if you need a ring re-sizing or a different length of bracelet or necklace, that can be done for a small charge depending on the item.
